Every Meal Sign-Up
Prince of Peace has received the schedule for our Every Meal volunteer dates. The September dates are tentative as we are waiting for the school to communicate with their readiness to receive food. If you volunteer for September 11 or 25, I will keep you in the loop. You can sign-up for the September through December dates HERE. All dates are Fridays unless labeled otherwise. Wednesday, September 1610:30am-12pm Women on Wednesday (WoW) returns on September 16th! Our Kickoff will take place in the reception room on Wednesday, September 16th from 10:30- 12 p.m., and we’ll continue to meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month through May. Dear Friends,
What an incredible year it has been for Prince of Peace! As we reflect on all that we have experienced and accomplished together, I am reminded of the power of stories—stories that shape us, connect us, and inspire us to live out our faith in meaningful ways. That is why our theme for this year, Story Matters, has felt so timely and transformative.
In the compilation of this Annual Report, you will find the stories of our congregation: stories of faith in action, of hope shared, of lives touched by the love of God. These are not just reports of numbers or activities; they are glimpses of how our ministry teams are living into our mission to build the church and love the world.

We are claimed, gathered, and sent to build the Church and love the World.
VISION
Our vision is for a vibrant community that seeks a transformational relationship with God, our neighbors, and one another, while responding authentically, creatively, and justly to the most compelling needs of our community.

Giving Thanks
As we conclude our Generous Spirit worship series and the 2025 Annual Giving Campaign, we pause to give thanks for the faithfulness of this community. Your generosity reflects the abundance of God’s love, now written on our hearts through a new covenant. Together, we step into the future, trusting that God is at work in and through us to bring hope, healing, and renewal to the world.
A Daring Promise
This Sunday we’ll encounter the words of Jeremiah, our fourth prophet of this worship series, Generous Spirit. Through Jeremiah, God makes a profound promise to God’s people: “I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people” (31:33). This new covenant shifts the focus from external rules to an intimate, transformative relationship. It’s a promise of renewal, of fresh beginnings, and of God’s unwavering faithfulness even after failure and exile.
Celebrating a Milestone

This incredible milestone marks a significant step in securing the long-term sustainability of our shared ministries. This Sunday, we turn our attentions to the ways God calls us to serve the mission we share, enabling God’s vision to be made tangibly real in this world. From a young age, I knew that I was called to use my time, energy, and talents in the restaurant industry. As I matured in my faith I came to understand that calling was God at work in and through me.
