Speaking truth to power is one of the most difficult things in life. Why? Because power doesn’t always want to hear the truth, whether we’re talking about chief priests, a Roman governor, a corporate executive or an American president. Jesus had no trouble speaking truth to power, but for most of us it’s more of a challenge. In this recent Westminster Town Hall Forum, former FBI Director James Comey talks about the importance of truth and how those with power can facilitate the expression of truth by the less powerful.
