Representatives of Prince of Peace Church will be traveling to visit our brothers and sisters in Bomalang’ombe, Tanzania, in June, 2019. They will worship, build relationships and see the good work that God is doing through our partnership. Here is information on how you can help prepare for the trip.
We’ve been challenged to raise $2000 to be matched this month! The Huruma Centre is a ministry of the Iringa Diocese in Tanzania and provides a safe home, nurture, nutrition and education for children who, for a variety of reasons, have no family or others to care for them. Friends of Huruma helps provide care for the children of the Huruma Centre through mutual relationship, prayer, financial support, and programs that enrich the lives of the children.
Prince of Peace received reports from the Bega kwa Bega team in Iringa, Tanzania, on their visits to the secondary schools and the students that we support through scholarships.

Congregation members of all ages gathered together to make blankets, hygiene kits and birthday bags for local shelters, and decorated bags, friendship bracelets and bookmarks to bring to Tanzania.
