Our annual Tanzanian Dinner Fundraiser will be held on Sunday, November 8. It truly takes a village to ensure that our guests are well fed and have a great time!
There are a number of opportunities available to help serve!
- Friday, November 6, 9:00 am: shop
- Friday, November 6, 2:00 pm: Cook samosa meat and help set up for Saturday meal prep
- Saturday, November 7, 2:00 pm – early evening: Prepare and cook samosas, Auction setup, Table setup and decorations
- Sunday, November 8, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Move auction tables to gym, food preparation
- Sunday, November 8, 4:30 – 7:00 pm: Final food preparation and dinner serving
- Sunday, November 8, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Cleanup
