Over the past six months, we’ve been blessed by the efforts of the Mission Staffing Exploration Team, the group that was charged by the congregation to propose a staffing configuration that would best support the mission of Prince of Peace. Now that their work is complete, I couldn’t be more excited about our future and am anxious to discover who will be joining us in the next chapter of our story.
I know change can be challenging for many people, but I also think it provides amazing opportunities. God is always with us throughout change and that provides wonderful comfort in knowing that our God is walking alongside of us. I’m excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for me in my education and where God is calling me to explore.
Director of Children’s Ministry, Tammy Wilkinson, has announced she is resigning her position to spend more time focused on her family and her on-going studies at Luther Seminary. Tammy says, “It has been both an honor and a joy to serve and be in partnership through ministry with each of you.”
