  • Update on Solar Project
    • Motion: To authorize the Property Management Team to enter into agreement/s to install a solar array on the campus of Prince of Peace. The project will be financed using funds already dedicated for this purpose (approx. $42,000), up to $45,000 of undesignated Diestler Estate funds, and other Prince of Peace’s assets not to exceed $80,000  to cover the expenses related to preferred siting, installation, and project completion, [other assets] to be repaid with electric utility savings. In the event the City of Roseville will not approve installation, the Property Team is directed to invest the dedicated funds in a solar partnership approved by Xcel.
