Ways to Support Our Community

by PoP News | Jan 22, 2026 | Church News, Faith Formation, Generosity, Missions, Participation, Women's Ministry, Youth

Immigrant Support (St. Paul Area Synod, ELCA)

Our immigrant siblings are currently being targeted in unjust ways simply because of the color of their skin. We, as the Saint Paul Area Synod, are committed to walking with them through this terrible time of crisis. To that end, we have established the Immigrant Support Fund, which goes directly to families connected with the synod’s ethnic-specific congregations. Donations to this fund support food relief, rent assistance, and legal fees when appropriate. Click the button below to make an online donation or send a check payable to “Saint Paul Area Synod” (write “immigrant support” in the memo line) and mail to: Saint Paul Area Synod, 105 University Ave. W., St. Paul MN 55103.
