Our annual Tanzanian Dinner Fundraiser will be held on Sunday November 9. It truly takes a village to ensure that our guests are well fed and have a great time!
There are a number of opportunities available to help serve!
- Friday November 7; 9:00am: shop
- Friday November 7; 2:00pm: Cook samosa meat and help set up for Saturday meal prep
- Saturday November 8; 2:00pm – early evening: Prepare and cook samosas, Auction setup, Table setup and decorations
- Sunday November 9; 1:00pm – 5:00pm: Move auction tables to gym, food preparation
- Sunday November 9; 4:30pm – 7:00pm: Final food preparation and dinner serving
- Sunday November 9; 7:00pm – 9:00pm: Cleanup
