Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $2800 at the recent Tanzania Trip Ice Cream Social. These funds will be used by our Tanzanian Travel group to purchase gifts for our friends in Tanzania and the parishes of Bomalang’ombe and Vikongwa during our visit in September. Half will be used to purchase an additional PikiPiki (motorbike) that will allow pastors and evangelists to reach the most remote preaching points during the rainy season. With the rest we plan to purchase gifts such as rice for the Huruma Center, Soccer balls for the congregation and preaching points, Bibles in the ‘HeHe’ language (the local language spoken in the village), theology and Sunday School books, school supplies and other needs that we identify.
