We are excited to create a new up-to-date Prince of Peace Photo Directory celebrating our 65th anniversary as a church with the help of Universal Church Directories. Your participation will make it great! As a thank you for being a part of the directory, you will receive a free 8×10 portrait and a directory. Please see more information in the “Things to Know” section below.
Photos will be taken at Prince of Peace on Thursday, May 12, 2:00 – 8:30pm and Friday, May 13 from 1:20 – 8:30pm and Saturday, May 14 from 9:50am – 5:00pm .
Things to Know
- Photographs that will appear in the directory will be of Prince of Peace community members. The photo that is included in the directory will be the free 8×10 that you will receive for participating.
- If you have 5 or more people in your family, please schedule your appointment for 2 consecutive time slots.
- The online scheduling option is not available Saturday or Sunday when paper sign-ups are taking place at Prince of Peace on Sunday morning. This is to prevent double booking.
- The background for the photos will be gray. Please dress accordingly.
- If you want additional family members, pets or poses, those photos will not be in the directory, but will be available for purchase.
- Photos with pets will not be in the directory, but will be available for purchase.
- Photos using props will not be in the directory, but will be available for purchase.
- If you want to submit a photo to be included in the directory and not have your photo taken please email your photo to the PoP office at office@poproseville.org. The cost of submitting a photo is $15. Please make checks out to Prince of Peace and indicate Photo Directory in the memo line. You will receive a photo directory if you submit a photo. All professional photos must include a photo release. If this is cost prohibitive, please reach out to Kristin in the office. The deadline for submitted photos is Wednesday, June 1 by 4:00pm.
Scheduling Appointments
Appointment times fill up quickly, so schedule as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
Please note: Your appointment time is your check-in time, not photography time. Plan to spend one hour for photography and viewing of your portraits.
