As part of the Christmas Café on December 22, you are invited to bring items for our 2nd Annual Baby Shower for Jesus for Lutheran Social Service (LSS).
We are collecting:
• Diapers, all sizes
• Baby wipes
• Infant formula
• Bottles and sippy cups
• Baby wash
• Baby lotion
Where will the items go?
To the LSS Metro Homeless Youth Program. Thousands of Minnesota youth do not have a safe place to sleep on any given night. LSS offers a wide range of services designed to help young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness regain stability while developing new skills to become self-sufficient.
In the Twin Cities, LSS offers several transitional living options for youth ages 16 to 24 who are ready to establish and maintain an independent household. Many of them have young children.
Items may be brought to church through December 29.
