Tuesday, October 13
10am: Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church (Minneapolis)
2:30pm: Plymouth Community Center
Together with the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and Meghan Constantini from the City of Plymouth Parks and Recreation, Mt. Olivet would like to invite you to attend one of two identical educational presentations on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. There is no cost to attend this event.
Our featured speaker will be Dr. Joseph Gaugler, Ph.D., the Robert L. Kane Endowed Chair in Long-Term Care and Aging and Professor at the University of Minnesota. As part of his statewide tour of all 87 Minnesota counties, Dr. Gaugler will present “Alzheimer’s Disease: What It Is and What Can Be Done.”
His presentation will offer valuable information and practical insights for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
In addition to the presentation, a variety of helpful resources will be available to provide attendees with additional information and support beginning 30 minutes before each presentation and following the program.
