- Build A Church – 3 yr. project
- Motion: Prince of Peace Congregation Council moves that a three year grant be approved in the amount of $90,000 from the Rose Diestler Funds for the purpose of a build the church project.
- Distribution of the grant to be:
- Year 1 (2024-2025) – Grant allocation not to exceed $50,000;
- Year 2 (2025-2026) – Grant allocation not to exceed $30,000
- Year 3 (2026-2027) – Grant allocation not to exceed $10,000
- Approval of the proposed 2024-2025 operating budget.
- Motion: Prince of Peace Congregation Council moves to approve the Prince of Peace 2024-2025 operational budget.
- Solar Project (information available on document link below)
- Motion: To authorize the Property Management Team to enter into agreements to install a solar array on the campus of Prince of Peace as proposed. The project will be financed using funds already dedicated for this purpose (approx. $42,000), up to $45,000 of undesignated Diestler estate funds, and up to $163,000 of Prince of Peace’s assets to cover the expenses related to preferred siting, installation, and project completion to be repaid with electric utility savings.
