A freshly painted front door, a garden growing good things, ever more sets of arms opened wide – these are just a few of the many wonderful things that have been prepared to welcome our newest neighbor, now set to become part of this community.  As I write, my heart swells with joy knowing how much effort our supporters and friends have poured into this ministry.  I cannot wait to gather this Sunday and celebrate even more of these milestones with you.

Come see the newly painted house.  Check out the chicken coop that is being prepared to welcome its egg-laying crew in the coming days.  Say hello to our new neighbor and fill your heart with some of this joy.  There’s more than enough to share.

Community Dinner & Mending Social

Sunday, June 16

Mending Social – 4:30pm, Dinner – 5:30-7pm

We continue to gather on the third Sunday of each month to share a meal, celebrate milestones, and marvel at all God is doing in and through our Sacred Settlement. This is the perfect time and place to bring along someone who might be curious to learn more about our Sacred Settlement and the full-community approach to addressing chronic homelessness.

Our Community Dinners are a potluck with the main course and beverages provided, so bring a dish to share if you’re able. Or not – it’s ok. Just come – there’s always plenty. Come hear stories of real transformation and celebrate all that God is making possible.

If you like to plan ahead, consider what you might bring to share, or can help with setup and/or clean up, take a minute to RSVP.

Save the Date: Sunday, July 21
