Help us complete several projects on our campus before summer arrives! Projects that will be completed will include building three raised garden beds, finishing the fence around a new garden plot, and improvements around the Prince of Peace grounds.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Raised Garden Bed Building
Project Leader: Larry Ball
Number of Volunteers Needed: 9
Project Summary: Construct three stucco raised garden beds for our Settled neighbors to plant flowers and vegetables.

Garden Fence Construction
Project Leader: Brice Bloxham
Number of Volunteers Needed: 6
Project Summary: Complete the fence around the new garden plot – this will include securing cattle panels, capping the fence, placing chicken wire, and building two doors.

Grounds Improvements
Project Leader: Dave Olson
Number of Volunteers Needed: 8
Project Summary: Move dirt and woodchips to different areas of our grounds, weed the rose garden near the main PoP sign, tend to the rain gardens by removing sediment and other grounds clean up.

Hospitality & Lunch
Project Leader: Pastor Peter
Number of Volunteers Needed: 2
Project Summary: Help ensure that both members and guests feel welcome and comfortable while completing projects on our campus. Help with beverages & lunch.

Join us on Sunday, May 19 from 3:30 – 5:30pm to prep soil and plant flowers and veggies in the in-ground garden and raised garden beds. No need to sign up – simply show up!
