The Campus Planning Task Force was appointed to do its work and provide a report for the semi-annual meeting in January. The contents of our report will be finalized at the Task Force’s last meeting on January 15. We have completed two of the three phases that were assigned and have studied and evaluated many possibilities. The work will be forwarded with recommendations to the Congregation Council for assignment to other committees or structures to move forward.
One step forward in the new year will be signage and space for easier wheelchair access in the sanctuary as well as placement of several chairs with arms for those who will benefit from that. This will increase the accessibility of our worship space.
We appreciate the support we have received as a Task Force and know that significant work will still be accomplished in the future.
