The Campus Planning Task Force met on Monday, October 23.  There was a presentation on the PoP current financial status including the Rose Diestler funds, the current income and expenses and the realities of ongoing infrastructure needs.  A meeting of the finance committee determined that a comprehensive approach is more beneficial than a piecemeal approach of separate projects.

The third tiny home is scheduled for delivery soon and electrical work will provide service for the third tiny home and also parking lot lighting.  The placement of the third home is staked out and can be seen now.

There was a report from the design charrette that provided several possibilities for how tiny homes, an affordable housing apartment, gardens and day care might be configured on the PoP campus.  The implications of the report are the need to proceed with consideration of an Affordable Housing Apartment and day care first since city regulations may change what can be done on the property.

Two steps are important to move forward: 1. Conversations with the city of Roseville are important to make sure we know what steps we need to take and keep lines of communication open; 2. Potential developers need to be contacted to move forward (Common Bond and Aeon will be contacted).  The next meetings will be held with potential developers.  The next meetings are tentatively set for November 6 and November 20 at 6:30 pm.  As always, PoP members are welcome to attend.
