Roseville City Council Meeting – June 3 at 6:00 pm
If you participated in the Social Concerns book study of Evicted, you may be interested in this opportunity to make a difference locally. If you didn’t participate, but have an interest in promoting affordable housing, this may be for you.
Here is a way you can help get new affordable housing for seniors. Attend a Roseville City Council meeting June 3, at 6 pm, to represent your support of affordable housing.
At that meeting, Common Bond, an organization that provides homes and supportive services for those most in need, will present their proposal for affordable 55+ rental housing at the corner of Rice St. and Owasso Blvd. Neighbors in the area have worked to get the housing stopped.
The Roseville City Council meets at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, at 6 p.m. It is suggested to get there early to get a good seat. You don’t have to participate in the discussion, but it is helpful if you are there to show your support.
