Goodbye…

Erika Coe, who has been serving as our Youth Director here at Prince of Peace will be leaving her position later this summer.  Erika has been accepted into a doctoral studies program at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.  She will begin working on a PhD in Political Theory beginning this fall.  We’re so thankful to have had her presence and leadership with our high school youth since starting with us in early 2017 and we’re grateful to have her leading our group to Houston, Texas in late June for the the National Youth Gathering.  We’ll be celebrating her tenure and wishing her Godspeed on Sunday, July 22.

Hello…

The Youth and Personnel Committees are working together to recruit and select someone to fill Erika’s position, hopefully beginning August 1.  The position is being advertised within both the St. Paul and Minneapolis Area Synods as well as a number of metro area colleges and universities.  Often, the best candidates, may be someone that is already known to someone within the congregation.  If you know of someone that might be a good candidate, please contact Pastor Peter.
