I often say, “I’m a sucker for a band with a good horn section.” Given the breadth, depth and fullness of God, why wouldn’t we use every possible instrument to sing our praises to God?
“Oh come, let us sing to the Lord,” the writer of Psalm 95 invites all who have experienced God’s love to respond. Worship & music are an interwoven practice that would be next to impossible for us to separate. But there’s no one way to make music, and we celebrate the variety of ways we have to lift our voices to God. Each week during this summer series we’ll use a different musical setting to shape our worship and tell the story of God’s love at work in the world.
