Our guest presenter is Kelly Miller, an enrolled member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. She is the newly appointed Chief Program Officer, former Director of the Department of Indian Work of Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul.
This is an organization who “partners with American Indians families to revitalize culture, education and wellness, [providing] a safe, Indigenous space to empower American Indians towards self-determination, while respecting cultural and spiritual diversity… We harness the power of thousands of motivated volunteers from diverse faith and spiritual communities to relieve the effects of poverty and address its root causes.”
