To the Prince of Peace Community-

Dear friends,
I am writing with mixed emotions to tell you that I am resigning from my role as Director of Visitation and Congregational Care, effective May 31, 2025.
This has been a very difficult decision for me because I have loved my work and the team that I’ve had the joy of working with over the past three-plus years. But after prayerful discernment, it has become clear that it’s time for me to step back and focus more on my family and on some things that are currently calling to me.
While I won’t be part of the Prince of Peace staff, Bob and I will continue to be members of this wonderful faith community, so I’m thankful that my resignation is not a “goodbye.” That said, you may not be seeing quite as much of me, as one thing I plan to do in retirement is to spend more time at the Jorgens’ family farm outside of Scandinavia, Wisconsin!
It has been a joy and privilege to serve in my role at Prince of Peace, and I will always be grateful for the wonderful experiences and relationships that have enriched my life as a result.
