1 John 4:19 talks about how we love one another because he loved us first. As we go forward in our everyday life it is important to not forget to love but also not forget why we love. We do it because we were created to be disciples, to follow in Christ, be a leader, and a teacher. His lesson is to spread the love and joy of him and our part is to continue the spread. The world can be so harsh at times and it’s important to spread the love we have.
In Luke 6:31 it says, “Do to others as you would have them do to you”. Although this is not one of my verses, it’s something that we can all use if we are at a loss of how to show Christs message. For me, it’s a verse I think of often and it helps me carry his love and mine.
