The Campus Planning Task Force will meet again on Monday, September 11 at 6:30 pm. As always, any interested congregational members are welcome to attend.
The Task Force will be discussing the motion(s) to be considered by the congregation at the meeting to be held on October 1. The Task Force will present a proposal that the Congregation Council will consider at its September meeting prior to presentation to the Congregational meeting.
In addition, the meeting on the 11th we will be preparing for the Community Conversations to be held between services on September 17 and 24. These are important opportunities for members to become better informed about the upcoming Congregational meeting, to ask any questions that may remain and to share in the times of discussion. Please note that there is an information table at the Church that will have a member of the Task Force present following all our services in September. There is a wealth of material available at the table, but also available on the Church website. Go to the Campus Planning Task Force page and scroll down where a list of materials allows access to anyone. Using the website to access materials will minimize the number of hard copies necessary and save some paper. However, know that the materials may be accessed at the information table for those who function better using that method. We hope this can be a thorough and open opportunity for all members.
