The most impactful part of the trip: I think that it was when we were doing all of the service projects. It was a good way for me to learn the many ways that you can help people out when they need it.

Favorite service project: Either helping out with tidying up the grounds at the camp that we were staying at or helping out at the place where I got to prepare food bags for the homeless to grab and go

Something I learned about myself: I learned that I really like doing service projects with other people that I know instead of doing them by myself. It makes the environment around the service projects more fun and comfortable.

Something I learned about someone else: I learned that Enna likes to have dance parties in forests and gardens. I also learned that Enna speaks Spanish when she was helping people who only spoke Spanish shop for groceries.

Something unexpected happened: I had a bad bloody nose when we were swimming. Another thing that happened was when I was weeding with Bryce he accidentally hit his head on a metal bar as he was standing up.

My favorite moment of the week: Was when we would head back to the camp where we were staying. We would eat dinner together and hang out before lights out.

Where I saw God: I saw God when we were helping people. When we were doing the service projects it reminded me that God said to love your neighbors and it felt like we were doing that.

Thank you for helping make Denver possible. It was a great week!
