Fiery Furnace | Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego choose to follow God even when the crowd follows King Neb, and they are faced with death in the fiery furnace. The best part is that they trust God even if God doesn’t choose to save them from the fire. How do we find a faith that is even bigger than our desire to save our lives?
Faith is learned through stories. Even before they were written down, Bible stories were told orally. Immersing ourselves in favorite Bible stories is something we do as children. But these stories aren’t just for kids; they’re for people of all ages. Each time we hear a story or read a passage, we may hear something new and realize how this story speaks to us in this time and this place.
