Invited to Serve
God’s house is a very, very, very fine house. Solomon desired to serve God by building God a house, an honor that was withheld from his father David. Interestingly, God never asked for fancy digs. What God asked was worship that involved justice, peacemaking, fellowship. In other words? Service.
