Pastor Peter: So Many Transitions

Pastor Peter: So Many Transitions

Much of my work these days seems centered on the many staffing transitions we are facing. Finding colleagues that I will enjoy working alongside and appreciate as much as I have Lynn is the goal.  Here are a few updates on all that’s been keeping me busy these days.

Drinking Deeply from the Psalms

Drinking Deeply from the Psalms

During June and July this summer, we’ll be drinking at the well that flows from God’s ancient hymnal. The book of Psalms is limitless in how much it gives voice to the entirety of our lives of faith. Join us as we spend these six weeks re-discovering something familiar and possibly uncovering something new.

From Milt: Welcome to Summer

From Milt: Welcome to Summer

Milt invites anyone interested in providing music for the summer services, to see him or Cheri and sign up on the choir room door. And he calls all of us to give the best going away gift to Pastor Lynn: to make Prince of Peace a place where EVERYONE feels welcome and important.

Help The Karen Gardeners

Help The Karen Gardeners

As a host for the Karen gardeners, Prince of Peace Church members are responsible for supplying water for their gardens next to our parking lot. This involves maintaining and filling the blue water barrels that you see stationed at the edge of their gardens. We are in need of volunteers, a week at a time, to help with this task. The time commitment would be 45 minutes to one hour if all six barrels are empty.
